If the shipping company asks you money after you paid for the Puppy it is a scam.  The number one scam is Insurance they will ask you to send $1060 to the breeder they will say it is reimbursable. But you will never get the dog or the money back so beware.
Pro fly USA is the one I know about but they have many more so be careful:
